Distinctive Choices 549 t/a Creative Maintenance Solutions, created by Charl Joubert, has been recognized in the Western Cape region since 2004 for offering building maintenance services as well as construction project management services for the construction industry. We have the resources and experience to complete large contracts successfully, but we are also oriented towards tackling smaller projects. As a BBBEE level 1 rated, multi-skilled company, we offer all built environment services. Creative Maintenance Solutions also has a certificate from the BIBC (Building Industry Bargaining Council) and is registered with the CIBD (Construction Industry Development Board).
